I started taking valaciclovir 200 mg and then I had to take 200 mg and it was really hard to stop taking. I was put on 400 mg and had to discontinue the drug because I was going to have to discontinue the meds again. I went back to the 300 mg dose and stopped taking it because it was hard to stop. I also took the 800 mg dose and it was hard to stop the meds. I stopped the meds again and again and I was on the 200mg dose.
